application | polyethylene glycol diacrylate (PEGDA) as a derivative of polyethylene glycol is an important biocompatible and degradable environment-friendly polymer material. it can use a certain amount of initiator to initiate polymerization reaction under the conditions of heating, light and radiation. PEGDA has been widely used in polymer coatings, flexible equipment and biomedicine. |
prepare | S1, vacuum dry polyethylene glycol (PEG) at 50 ℃ overnight, vacuum dry at 100 ℃ overnight after K2CO3 grinding, and cool in vacuum; S2, dissolve 50g PEG in a 500mL three-mouth flask with 100mL anhydrous dichloromethane, add K2CO3 to fully stir and disperse according to the addition amount shown in Table 2; s3. Dissolve acryloyl chloride in anhydrous dichloromethane (1:10v/v) according to the addition amount shown in Table 2, and slowly add it into a three-mouth flask drop by drop. The reaction is carried out at room temperature for 24 hours under the protection of nitrogen. S4. Filter the mixture to remove the solid, spin-evaporate the supernatant at 37 ℃ to remove most of the solvent, then fully precipitate with ether, and wash with ether for 3-5 times, finally, the product, polyethylene glycol diacrylate (PEGDA), was completely dried in vacuum. |
